In the second game, against Milford Hall, Aston faced a much older and powerful team which restricted them to a score of 217.

6 of the Best for Palmer as Aston Win Again!‏

Aston Men's XI maintained their 100% record against Stafford 4XI on Saturday 18 May.

Electing to field first Aston restricted Stafford to 118 with young Jack Palmer taking 6-54, his first senior 5 wicket haul.

In reply Aston lost early wickets and when opener Dan Langdown departed for a patient 29 with the score on 54 nerves could have jangled, but skipper Rich Waterhouse (46 n.o) and Tom Godwin (16 n.o) saw Aston home.
